I was ecstatic when I opened this Kate Spade Cedar Street Maise on Christmas morning this year, and ever since then, it has become the perfect bag for everyday and for taking to my internship! Today, I thought I would give a little peek inside and tell y'all what's hiding in this little red gem. Watch the video for a full, unedited version (complete with random papers, metrocards, and way too many lip products) or just keep scrolling for my edited version!Read More
I was so excited to see these block heeled sandals from Target come in the mail, and couldn't wait to break them out in this gorgeous spring weather! They're not too tall, but definitely dress up even a simple jeans and tee. I paired them with an easy army green button down and jeans (cuffed jeans and block heels are a match made in heaven, no?)
Then there's my new nail polish obsession. Essie's Geranium is the perfect summer red. It has a hint of orange in there, and naturally I just had to pile on this fun hue with Clinique's lipstick in Poppy Pop, and a pair of equally bright earrings from Francesca's.
Finally, I had a little spark of inspiration, grabbed a long silky scarf, and tied it as a belt. Scarves are the easiest and most versatile accessories. Around your neck, waist, head, bag, they can go anywhere! Grab one in a fun print and play around with it, you never know what you'll come up with!
This month brought a few new beauty finds, and a few re-discoveries! These are some of the products I've been reaching for every day!
It's no secret that I've had a long-running love affair with L'Oreal's Million Lashes Mascara (One of the best drugstore mascaras, seriously.) but I've just discovered their False Fiber Lashes mascara, and I have to say, it's pretty dang amazing. For full, fluttery lashes, this golden beauty is a winner!!
2. Essie Polish - After School Boy Blazer and Sugar Daddy
You can never have too many Essie polishes. It's simply not possible. This month, I've been loving wearing this sheer pink shade, Sugar Daddy on my nails. It adds a sophisticated polish, but isn't too obvious when it chips (because who really has the time to keep up with a manicure?)
For the toes, I've been all about After School Boy Blazer. It's a dark, dark navy that almost appears black, and it looks too cute!
3. LORAC Skinny Palette in Black
This little gem has been picked up almost every day! I use the second shade all over the lid, fourth for a contour, and then use the darkest brown or black for a liner! It's a perfect travel palette, and has colors for both day and night! Unfortunately, this exact palette was a limited edition, but LORAC has the Matte Pro Palette which is very similar!!
It's getting colder, which means dewy summer skin is no longer here and winter mattes are here to stay! I love Maybelline's FIT Me powder because it provides the perfect finish without looking chalky or cakey.
And for the 600th time, please let me tell you about Clinique's Color Pop Lipsticks! These hyper-pigmented suckers have gorgeous color, insane lasting-power, super hydration, and are my OBSESSION. I currently have Cola Pop (A rich brown-red), Poppy Pop (a bright orangey-red), and Punch Pop (a bold fuchsia). I adore them and plan on collecting every single shade!
I mentioned this foundation in my Drugstore Foundation Comparison and it definitely won out of all the types I tested. It has a nice, medium coverage, it's easy to apply and there's an enormous shade range in three different tones (cool, neutral, and warm) so you're guaranteed to find a perfect match!

For a comfortable fall outfit, there's nothing better than cozy tights and a loose dress. You look put together, but with minimal effort! I love this shift shirtdress from Lou & Grey (similar), and paired with comfy black flats, it's definitely a go-to in my closet!
I love this gold metal hair elastic, because it makes you look like you MEANT to do a ponytail, and not that you we're just too lazy to style your hair that day. Plus, adding a little pop of color with orangy-red nails and lips keeps it from being too boring!Read More
J.Crew never ceases to impress me. This Fall, they came out with this wool cape in tan and black (I still can't decide which one I want more!) Capes are perfect for the chilly fall and look chic thrown over a dress and tights or jeans and a blouse!
Hourglass has some of the most gorgeous face powders on the market, so when I saw all six of these flawless shades in one palette, I almost died! It's a limited edition palette though, so snatch one up before they're all gone!
A girl can never have too many black handbags, and this Rebecca Minkoff is the perfect size and structure to handle everyday on-the-go life! Whether it's running off to class, work, or just out to brunch with the girls, the M.A.B. tote is good to go!
I've raved about these more times than I can count. My current collection contains Poppy Pop, Punch Pop, and Cola Pop, and the next three on the list are Bare Pop, Fab Pop and Grape Pop. All of these lipsticks are extremely hydrating, stay on the lips like magic, and have vivid bold color that looks fantastic!
It's no secret that I love Kate Spade, and I live in black ballet flats, so these are a match made in heaven! Basic enough for everyday, but the leather bow and spade charm add a little fun!

Good Morning Upper East-siders! My roomie Julia, (Hey Jule) and I made the trek to the famous Upper East Side, to check out The Metropolitan Museum! Naturally, we had to snap a few pictures with the gorgeous surroundings!
I pulled out my (very Blair-like) LOFT drop-waist dress, and paired that with ballet flats, cat-eye sunnies, Kendra Scott bracelet, Kate Spade drop earrings, and my favorite summer red lipstick, Clinique's Poppy Pop!
Unfortunately, LOFT no longer sells this dress anymore, but here are a few gorgeous drop-waist dresses!!
This leather circle skirt is about as punk-rock as I'll ever get, and it's definitely a fun break from my usual looks. I paired it with an all-black outfit and a bright bag!
About half a block from FIT is a discount fabric store which has crazy colorful graffiti of race cars on it's cover, which I loved! (but there was a crazy homeless man yelling at us, so we switched locations...)
I swear the Free People tank above comes in black and the bag comes in red!! ^^^
And since I couldn't find my exact earrings, here's a few options!!
This adorable leaf print romper was on sale at LOFT and I snatched it up as soon as I spotted it! I love the way it paired with my coral statement earrings from Francesca's, Clinique Poppy Pop lipstick, and my favorite ankle-strap flats by Steve Madden!Read More
It's that time of the month again, Monthly Favorites Time!! I decided to take a different route this month and branch out to Youtube! All the products I talk about will be linked down below, as well as in the video description, so please watch, and like/subscribe to my channel for more!!Read More
For the start of a new month, I wanted to share a few fashion and beauty picks to refresh a wardrobe or makeup collection: Clinique Lip Pop + Primer in Punch Pop, Benefit's They're Real Blue Eyeliner, Urban Outfitter's Lace Halter Bralette, and Crown Vintage Black Ankle BootsRead More
I still had this dress in my closet from last summer, (though my Shirttail Dress is another good option) and paired with my new Clinique Lip Pop in the shade Poppy Pop, and Essie polish in the shade Geranium. The vibrant orange mixed with more red-orange hues is a match made in heaven!
As I scrolled the internet looking for more "orange inspiration" I stumbled upon this Topshop dress and fell in love! The scarf patter, the colors, the summery silhouette, everything about this dress screams chic summer sundress! And I cant think of anything better to pair them with than these chunky red-orange gladiator heels from New Look!Read More
