All Tied Up

Morning, Lovelies! I'm finally settled into NYC and my photo-backdrop options have significantly improved. (thank you adorable brownstones!) Today I wanted to try out a trend that I've been seeing around a few blogs that takes a regular button down, and pulls it off the shoulder. After trying out a few different tops, the key is definitely to pick a softer, more relaxed material (stiffer ones will make weird peaks) so I chose this relaxed chambray button down. 

I kept it basic on bottom with my favorite pixie pants, and fun strappy heeled sandals. Then I added a long vintage silk scarf tied around the neck for a little parisian flair. Finishing it off with aviators and a snakeskin bag kept it cool and not to frilly.
