I'm so excited to share this very pastel look with y'all today! I didn't even realize it, but I'm definitely tapping into this year's Pantone colors, with Rose Quartz hair, a Serenity blue skirt, and a Lilac Grey top! Well I snagged this skirt for crazy cheap on the clearance rack at LOFT, and I'm obsessed with how classic and feminine it is!Read More
Happy Friday lovelies! The weather has been gorgeous in the city this past week, and I was crazy excited to break out my new Zara culottes! They're so on trend for spring, and I swear, these feel like PJ's! Heeled sandals make them a little more dressed up, but they'd look so cute with flat sandals too!Read More
Brooklyn! The roomies and I took a trip down to Williamsburg to do some vintage shopping and explore a different part of the city. Grand and Bedford St both have some cool stores If you ever visit, and Antionette is a definite favorite.
For today, I decided to channel a more "downtown" vibe with a leather mini-skirt, oversized knit sweater, heeled booties, metal ponytail holder, and a metal collar necklace. I like how the bulkiness of the sweater counters the short skirt and the mustard yellow color looked so cool against this grey wall we found.Read More
Sorry about going MIA for almost a week, I've moved back into school in New York, and settled in to my first few days of classes! It's been very chilly the past few days (Snowpocalypse, anyone??)
The worst of the snow has passed for now, and it wasn't quite as chilly today, so I threw on this super cozy H&M turtleneck sweater, that I bought in a large, over my beloved J.Crew pixie pants and little black heeled booties (which I "borrowed" from my mom. Love you mom)
To make this very dark look a little more interesting, I added the Stella and Dot Eva Ear Jackets (which come with two different studs, so you really get 4 different looks!) and my Kate Spade Cedar Street Maise in Cherry Liqueur.
And just for fun, here's a few pictures of Manhattan during winter storm Jonas:
The last lookbook of the year! Some of my favorite outfits from this past month, as well as a cameo by my hilarious and adorable roomie, Julia (Hey Jule). As this goes up, I'm finally back home in Texas for the holidays (watch out for a Christmas vlog!).Read More
Finals week is finally over, and I only have a few days left in NYC before I'm home for the holidays! The weather is cooling off (it's about time!!) so I got the chance to break out this new faux-fur vest from H&M!! It's grey at the shoulders and fades to white towards the bottom, plus it's super soft and fluffy! I'm in love! I paired it with a simple sweater, pixie pants, and riding boots, and added these triangle studs from H&M! Finishing it off with my favorite lipstick, Clinique's Color Pop in Cola Pop!
I've always been a tucked-in-top kind of girl, but there is something so cozy about throwing a chunky knit over an outfit. For a chilly fall day, I grabbed a simple a-line skirt and cozy mustard knit sweater and paired it with fun floral tights! I've been living in these ankle boots lately, they're perfect for the transition into colder weather!Read More
