With Texas temps hitting highs in the hundreds, it's a constant battle not to wear shorts and a loose fitting tee. To get around this, I opted for a loose orange tank (which is actually a dress tucked in, but shhhhh... see it HERE) and pulled on my FAVORITE pants, a pair of black, wide-leg culottes from Zara. They feel like pajama pants, but somehow end up looking chic with a pop of color and a pair of heels.Read More
Only two more days until I fly back to NYC! Since I have very limited warm weather left, I decided to pull out one of my favorite dresses. This flannel dress from LOFT is so cute and comfortable. It comes with a belt, but I prefer to just wear it loose.
I paired that with brown combat boots, gold fringe earrings also from LOFT, and a dark brick-red lipstick, Clinique's Cola Pop.Read More

Good Afternoon, Lovelies! I had a fabulous day yesterday exploring the west village with a few friends, and stopping at ICE NYC for the coolest (and freaken delicious) smashed ice cream ever! But before that, of course, we had to stop on Minetta St to snap a few pictures!
I loved the low back on this J.Crew striped top, and it looks even cuter paired with this LOFT Tweed circle skirt! I kept the accessories pretty simple, with just a gold necklace, Kate Spade lever-back earrings, and my Kendra Scott bracelet!
I feel like I should do a "Top 10 places to get icecream in NYC" post. Thoughts?
It's amazing how a 20 minute subway ride can take you somewhere completely different, in this case, the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens! I had such a blast wandering the gardens with my friends Julia and Alexandra!
Since it was a bit hot out (though the shade of the huge trees helped!) I chose to wear this LOFT Mixstripe Trapeze dress (Obsessed), along with some gold jewelry and comfortable black flats. Adding a pop of color to the lips with (my holy grail) Clinique's Color Pop Lipstick + Primer in Punch Pop!Read More
One of the best parts of living in Chelsea is having the Highline only a few blocks away! It's a gorgeous above-ground railroad track that has been turned into a park! My roommate, Julia (Hey Jule), and I went over and walked around, since it was such a gorgeous day!Read More
